I follow a bunch of strength coaches on Facebook. And I like it best when they’re raw and uncensored. In their posts.

In this newsletter, so far, my style has been more on the formal side. Scientific.

But hey, maybe you think a more laid-back style is more fun. I think it’s more entertaining, for sure.

In other news, trained men couldn’t do as much work for 4 days after a hard bench press workout. That suggests 2x/day frequency may be better in trained men. You’ll find more info in the first study down below.
