One thing I hate is bad science. Guess where you can find plenty of bad science? Nutrition. For example, we’ve been told for decades that eggs were bad for us. Well, it turns out they aren’t. And a new study (see below) even found that eating *3* eggs a day seems to be *beneficial* to heart health.

I wonder how the “scientists” who claimed eggs were bad feel now. I hope I never have to revisit my own research and realise I was completely off the mark like them.
